  • 2 x live classes a week (30 minutes each)
  • Weekly accountability
  • You can do the classes live on FB or on demand and then send me video evidence of you doing the class for me to check techniques.

Please note this class is high level exercise so it is aimed at people who are fairly fit and healthy without any injuries or underlying health conditions.

Introductory price £20 – 12 x 30 minute live classes! Otherwise £6 per session.

Low impact Health HIIT
Thurs 7pm (in person and online)

High impact healthy HIIT

I am an experienced physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, I have completed this new healthy HIIT certification course recently in order to help people who want to burn body fat and increase their fitness levels.

I am very passionate about enabling  people to find freedom in movement and in their own body – Healthy HIIT is a high energy class combining sets of 30 seconds of high intensity with 30 seconds of effective Pilates exercises – interval training at its best!

What to wear: It is recommended that you come ready to exercise in suitable sports/loose clothing to allow ease of movement.

Please bring with you:

  • Trainers or suitable footwear
  • A large towel (to use as head pillow/support).
  • A fitness or yoga mat if you have one.
  • A filled water bottle to keep you hydrated

Please make sure you have eaten something a few hours before the session and bring any necessary medication with you.

Parking: There is plenty of parking on site but please do not bring any unnecessary valuables with you. Neither Move Physiotherapy nor the venue will accept liability for any loss or damage to any personal belongings.

5 Key Move Test

To check you are suitable for this class you will need to complete a 5 key move test. If you manage that then it will be safe for you to join 😀. If you can’t manage this test please let Ruth know and there may be a low impact class that will suit you better.

Fitness Test

The program starts and ends with a personal fitness test. For your own records.

The idea is that you are fitter by the end of the programme than you were at the start!
